The Challenge
End-of-term project documentation and assessment for thousands of students were highly decentralized across non-integrated third-party platforms. This fragmentation caused severe bottlenecks in academic curation, resulted in the loss of innovative legacy projects, and eliminated the possibility of an official institutional digital showcase.
The Solution
Engineered a modern full-stack monolithic platform utilizing the TALL Stack. Prioritized PostgreSQL to guarantee robust relational data integrity across complex entities, including students, faculty curators, working groups, and project metrics. On the client side, leveraged Alpine.js to deliver seamless DOM manipulation and interactive curation workflows without incurring unnecessary state management overhead.
